Season Close and Off-Season

Before Week 8 begins

  • Finish the desired territory and Rare Soil position.
  • Use all Polar Dish ingredients before Week 8 begins; cooking is unavailable in Week 8.
  • Read the settlement notice before assuming a seasonal item will carry forward.

Reward distribution

The Alliance Leader and Majordomos distribute alliance rewards. Each player can receive only one season reward, even if that player changes alliances.

Rewards are sent by mail. This mechanics guide does not define ASA2's allocation policy.

What disappears

  • City and Dig Site capture ends.
  • Cross-warzone seasonal teleportation ends.
  • Seasonal buildings and their bonuses are removed.
  • Coal, Titanium Alloy, and seasonal food are removed or converted under the settlement notice.
  • Seasonal profession points are refunded.
  • Seasonal recruitment interfaces close.

What remains

  • The final city/fortress map, although it is no longer capturable.
  • Exclusive weapons earned during the season.
  • Hero Return and New Era recruitment tickets.
  • Season shop and medals for their stated availability window.

Age of Oil

The off-season Celebration opens the Age of Oil research tree for accounts with Technology Center Level 30 and at least 40% Special Forces research. It adds Oil Wells, a third Technology Center, new training and healing capacity, and HQ levels up to 35.

To open HQ31 efficiently, take the required research branches to Level 1 and raise Oil Production to Level 10. Oil comes from Celebration progress, mission chests, and Oil Wells.

Black Market

The Black Market is a 28-day off-season store. Black Market Cash comes from the Week 2 Bingo tasks, Champions Duel during Weeks 2–5, and three weekly Black Market challenges beginning in Week 3.

The supplied card shows eight refreshes per day. Each refresh displays one free item, two discounted items, and three regular-price items. After the free refreshes, additional refreshes cost 10–30 Diamonds; use the live screen for the current cost.

Take the free item at every refresh. Check the discounted items against the account's current build; do not buy merely because a source card ranks an item highly. Black Market Cash carries into later off-seasons, so unused Cash does not need to be spent before the store closes.
