The Purge
The quick version
Your best successful kill is what matters. Upgrade your Furnace first, then kill the highest-level seasonal zombie your resistance can handle cleanly.
When it runs
The official Season 2 schedule places The Purge in Week 1. Use the live event screen for the exact opening and daily settlement times.
How ranking works
Your daily rank is based on the highest-level seasonal zombie you kill, not the number of zombies you kill. Kill time breaks a tie at the same level, and ranking rewards are settled each day.
What to do
Make the day's serious attempt after upgrading your Furnace:
- Check the resistance warning on the highest seasonal zombie available.
- Use your strongest squad and attack the highest level you can kill cleanly.
- Use your best combat setup before the first successful kill at that level; kill time is the tiebreaker.
- If the target takes almost no damage or destroys the squad, stop. Raise resistance and try again after the next Furnace upgrade.
The Purge is won by one clean high-level kill, not by feeding troops into a target your resistance cannot handle.
